We get together monthly for Learning Bites sessions, providing opportunities for our Facto community to develop their knowledge about our industry and professional practice topics over lunch.

At Facto, mentoring is where one person takes an interest in another person's development, imparting knowledge and experience, providing support, expertise, values, skills and perspectives. It’s a shared learning where both the Mentee and Mentor can Grow Together.

In our quarterly Facto Focus series we make space for meaningful conversations and to share thoughts and perspectives on the hottest trends and challenges shaping the tech and professional landscape.

Facto partners with Take 3 For The Sea. We donate $100 for every new hire which equates to 1500 pieces of rubbish being removed from the ocean every time a contractor or permanent employee joins the Facto community!
