Challenge

This large Telco was attempting to mitigate the potential cyber security and operational risks. This was potentially risking their capability to operate with the confidence of the customer and shareholder base. Further exposure could potentially cause severe economic or social harm to their operations.

Solution

To mitigate their significant business risks, Facto's Professional Services team was enlisted as the Core Strikeforce team to mobilise, plan and execute their Program. The program comprised of Project Managers, Business Analysts, Quality Assurance personnel and Stream Leads. The team's responsibilities included, but were not limited to: Creation of the Business Case and securing funding for the program Developing the program plans, scopes, and roadmaps for over 100 initiatives in the Cyber, Infrastructure, and Applications streams Delivering the QA & Testing for the program Designing innovative solutions for cybersecurity capabilities and modernising technology architectures and platforms and Implementing short-term measures to mitigate immediate risks Managing stakeholders, procurement and vendor engagement.
