Interested in a career as an entry level IT consultant?

With Facto’s experienced mentors, experiential training programs and challenging projects, career prospects are limitless.

The Accelerator Program is a two-year initiative geared to launch careers, grow the Facto community and foster the next generation of technology consulting talent. Our initial six-week jumpstart training provides a solid foundation for professional and technical skills development to build confidence and fast-track skills needed to start working with our clients. Once placed with a client, support and mentoring is tailored to grow and develop capabilities aligned with an individual's strengths and development goals.
No minimum educational qualification required. Must have working rights and willingness to work full time for two years, with first six months in the office full time. We seek the right mindset and the aptitude to learn.
Start your journey with six weeks of training before you put your skills into practice on internal projects and client assignments.
The learning curve is steep, and the ambiguity of consulting life means you don’t always know when or what job you’ll be on next, but with an open mind, the opportunity to develop your skills and gain experience is big.
Twice a year. Typically we have a summer and a winter intake.
