Challenge

This large construction company was in the process of implementing a Global Banking platform to the Australia region. The objective was to consolidate and standardise their banking processes. Facto was engaged to provide Business Analysis and Quality Assurance services for integrating the remaining source systems into the Global Banking Platform within tight timelines.

Solution

Facto quickly understood and documented business requirements, analysed the existing systems, mapped processes and identified pain points. The QA team built an effective test strategy to ensure seamless transition through System, SIT and UAT test cycles. The BA and QA team worked closely with the business to ensure the platform was configured to meet Lendlease’s needs and the objectives.

Result

Despite tight timelines Facto helped this organisation in achieving 3 successful go-lives over the course a year. All remaining source systems were integrated into the Global Banking Platform completing the rollout to the Australia region.
